Installation Notes:

• Disconnect the battery and ensure the ignition is off before starting any installation.
• Support the ATV securely on level ground and remove any existing plastics or guards as required to access the mounting points.
• Align the plate with the vehicle’s factory mounting holes; use the supplied hardware and torque to the installation manual’s guidance.
• Route winch wiring and control leads away from moving parts and heat sources; keep cables clear of the radiator and steering components.
• Check for clearance between the mounted winch, roller fairlead path, and bumper; adjust the fairlead angle to ensure smooth rope/synthetic line feeding.
• Apply thread-locking compound where bolts meet the frame if recommended by the installation instructions; recheck torque after the first use.
