Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our parts and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most eligible items within 30 days for a refund of the product price.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the original condition in which it was received.

  • In its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and tags.

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Special order or custom-built items.

  • Opened electrical components or fluids (oils, lubricants).

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered from their original state.

The Return Process (3 Simple Steps)

  1. Contact Us: Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team at parts@dgtagri.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

  2. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email.

Refunds

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Timing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and approve the return.

  • Amount: You will be refunded the full product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please process a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.
