• 24-Hour Next-Day Shipping:
  Need it urgently? Upgrade to Next-Day delivery for just £6.99 on eligible UK mainland orders placed before 2pm.

Important Exceptions & Manual Quotes:

• Large Equipment Exemption:
  Delivery costs exclude complete ATVs, UTVs, and large Machinery. A custom shipping quote will be prepared and sent to you after you place your order.
• International Orders:
  All international shipping requires a manual quote. We will calculate the final cost and estimated delivery time for you after your order is placed.

For standard items in the UK:

• Next-Day Shipping: Order by 14:00 for delivery the next business day. Available for £6.99.

Important Exceptions:

• Large Items: For complete ATVs, UTVs, and Machinery, delivery requires a custom quote and timeline. We will contact you after ordering to arrange this.
• International Orders: All international shipping is quoted manually. We will provide a delivery estimate and cost after you place your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you can now start the process quickly online or contact us for assistance.

You have two ways to start a return:

1. Start a Return Online (Fast & Easy) Sign into your customer account on our website. Go to 'My Orders', select the relevant order, and follow the steps to initiate your return.
2. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our support team with your order number, and they will guide you through the process.

After initiating your return, please follow these steps:

• Pack the Item: Securely package the unused product in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
• Ship to Us: Send the parcel to our return address. We recommend using a tracked service.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Please note the complete timeline from when you send the package:

1. Return Transit: The time it takes for your return parcel to reach us via your chosen carrier.
2. Processing Time: Up to 7 business days after we receive the item at our warehouse.
3. Bank Processing: After we issue the refund, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
