Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our Goal
We aim to get your parts and accessories to you quickly and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and any important exceptions for larger items.

Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed on the next business day.

UK Mainland Shipping Options & Costs
We offer the following services for standard-sized items delivered to UK mainland addresses:

  • Standard Shipping (2-4 Business Days)

    • FREE on all qualifying orders over £50.

    • A flat rate of £4.99 applies to orders under £50.

  • Next-Day Express Shipping

    • Available for £6.99 on eligible orders placed before 2 PM on a business day.

    • Delivery is typically by the end of the next business day.

Important Exceptions: Items Requiring a Manual Quote
For the safety of these items and due to variable freight costs, the following products are not included in the standard or express shipping options above. A custom shipping quote is required.

  • Large Machinery: This includes complete ATVs, UTVs, ride-on mowers, compact tractors, and other large equipment.

  • Oversized Implements: Certain very large or heavy tractor attachments (e.g., large ploughs, heavy-duty harrows).

  • International Orders: All orders shipping outside the UK.

How Manual Quotes Work:

  1. Add the eligible item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  2. At checkout, select the "Manual Quote Required" shipping option.

  3. Complete your order. You will NOT be charged for shipping at this stage.

  4. Our team will contact you within 1 business day with a final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeline. We will only proceed with your order once you have approved the quote.

Delivery Timelines & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

  • Please note that all delivery estimates are in business days and commence from the date of dispatch, not the order date. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, especially in remote rural areas.

Rural & Remote Area Deliveries
We deliver across the UK. Deliveries to some remote postcodes (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may incur an additional surcharge or have longer transit times. If this applies to your address, our system will calculate this at checkout, or we will advise you during the manual quote process.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately at parts@dgtagri.co.uk
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. For lost packages, we require a 10-business day investigation period before resending or refunding.
