Shock Bush Upgrade Kit – Polaris Sportsman | 1994–2015
Upgraded shock bush kit for Polaris Sportsman ATVs, covering a wide range of models from 400 through 850 produced between 1994 and 2015. The shock bushes locate the shock absorber at its mounting points, allowing correct articulation through the suspension travel. Worn bushes typically present as knocking or clunking from the suspension, imprecise handling over rough ground, or visible play at the shock mount.
This kit is used where the OEM-type bush is no longer available as a separate spare part from Polaris. Each kit includes a stainless steel insert and two top hat bushes. Check the dimensions of your existing shock bush before ordering to confirm correct sizing — fitment data is provided as a guide only.
