This REVOLT regulator rectifier runs 50% cooler and dissipates heat 45% more effectively than the original OEM unit, covering the Polaris Sportsman, Magnum, Scrambler, and Trail Boss range across 330cc to 700cc engine variants from 2003 to 2006. Designed specifically to bypass the internal voltage regulator on Polaris ATVs fitted with SurePower ECM modules — including older black box and newer silver box ECMs with a single large connector. Supplied with a limited lifetime warranty when registered.
Designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA under strict quality control standards, this unit replaces Polaris OEM reference 107786-R00. Please note: not compatible with lithium batteries. Always start with a fully charged battery.
