This Stage 2 MOSFET regulator rectifier kit is a high-performance permanent solution to the known voltage regulator failures on Polaris RZR 900/1000 models from 2012 to 2018. It meets and exceeds Polaris RZR regulator recall Z-16-01-C specifications, featuring an advanced RMSTATOR MOSFET regulation circuit that significantly reduces operating temperatures compared to OEM silicon rectifiers. The heavy-duty housing and automotive-grade wiring harness with OEM-quality connectors are built to handle extreme off-road conditions and comes with a one year limited warranty.
Please note: suitable for certain 2016–2017 models with direct main harness connection. Older 2016 RZR 1000 and earlier RZR models require a conversion harness. A Stage 3 front hood relocation kit upgrade is available separately (RMS020-103775).
