This heavy duty MOSFET regulator rectifier and front hood relocation kit is the permanent solution to the well-known voltage regulator failures on Polaris RZR 900/1000 models from 2013 to 2022. Relocating the regulator to the front hood removes it from the heat, dust, mud, and rocks that cause repeated OEM failures. It meets and exceeds Polaris RZR regulator recall Z-16-01-C specifications (OEM references 2206620, 2206367, and 2206473), featuring an RMSTATOR MOSFET circuit for low operating temperatures and an automotive-grade relocation wiring harness with OEM-quality heavy-duty connectors.
Please note: suitable for certain 2016–2017 models with direct main harness connection. If you own a 2016 RZR 1000 or any earlier RZR model, a conversion harness is required.
