Kuhn GF582 6 Rotor Tedder – Hay, Straw & Silage

The Kuhn GF582 is a 6-rotor mounted tedder built for fast, even spreading and turning of hay, straw, and silage crops. With a 5.75m working width, it's ideally matched to mower conditioners up to around 3m, making it a strong fit for medium-sized farms looking to speed up drying times and improve forage quality.

Each rotor runs on Kuhn's proven DIGIDRIVE finger drive system — a maintenance-free, case-hardened steel coupling that's been refined over decades and is trusted on over a million rotors worldwide. Asymmetrical tine arms, with longer outer fingers, ensure both sides of the tine engage the crop evenly for thorough, uniform tedding without bruising or losing leaf.

The small-diameter rotors give a wide angle of attack, lifting and turning the crop fully for fast, even drying — particularly effective on short and dense swaths. Excellent ground-following keeps the tines working close to the crop even on undulating fields, reducing contamination and crop loss.
