The Chapman TF350 is a trailed spaced-drop stock feeder for ATVs, UTVs and quad bikes, designed for the distribution of feed to sheep and cattle. Fully galvanised all-steel construction with a minimum 300mm ground clearance and a steel belly pan allow the TF350 to travel wherever the towing vehicle can go — addressing the low clearance limitation common to conventional drum-operated feeders.
The electronic drive system has few moving parts and operates only when in use, reducing wear. All electronic components are IP67 rated. The high-visibility backlit digital counter is operable in count-up or countdown mode, allowing a precise quantity of feed to be deposited on each pass. Drop size is adjustable between 0.25kg and 2kg per drop depending on feed type, with 25 drops per minute at operating speed. Drop spacing is controlled by the forward speed of the towing vehicle.
Standard capacity is 320 litres (approximately 300kg of feed). Extension sides are available as a bolt-on option to increase capacity to 600 litres (approximately 500kg). A range of further options is available including oversize balloon traction tyres for improved grip on slopes, a nudge bar for sheep feeding, twin beam axles for smoother towing over rough ground and a road legal model with suspension axles and E-marked tyres for use on public highways.
