This CDI module is a direct plug-and-play replacement for the Yamaha YFS200 Blaster ATV, covering 1988 and 1990 to 2002 model years. It delivers the original OEM timing curve using higher-grade electronic components that exceed OEM specification. All units are triple tested at the factory before dispatch to ensure correct performance.
Important: replacing the voltage regulator rectifier at the same time as the CDI unit is strongly recommended, as a failing regulator rectifier is a common cause of CDI failure on these models.
Manufactured to meet or exceed OEM standards, this unit replaces Yamaha OEM references 2XJ-85540-M0-00, 3FL-85540-00-00, and 3FL-85540-10-00.
