Revitalize the seating on your Honda ATV with this vinyl seat cover replacement designed for the TRX420FM (2014-2022), TRX500FM/FE (2014-2019), and TRX520FE/FM (2020-2022). This staple-on, direct-fit cover restores a freshly outfitted look while protecting the foam beneath from moisture, sun exposure, and abrasion. Crafted from marine-grade vinyl with UV protection and double-stitched seams, it’s built to withstand mud, rain, and daily use, keeping you comfortable on long trail runs or demanding farm days. A practical, affordable upgrade that improves aesthetics and durability without replacing the entire seat.
For trail and farm reliability, this aftermarket replacement delivers proven durability where wear is primed: rips, cracking, and UV-induced fading. The marine-grade vinyl provides weather resistance, while the double-stitched seams add long-life seam integrity. Designed for easy staple-on installation, it’s a practical solution that restores a like-new appearance and protects the seat foam for years of use.

Installation Notes
- Prep the Seat: Remove the seat from the ATV, detach any remaining trim, and clean the foam surface thoroughly to ensure a smooth base.
- Align Before Staking: Position the cover so seams line up with factory contours and pre-punched mounting points; mark any misalignment before stapling.
- Stapling Technique: Use a heavy-duty staple gun and appropriate staples for vinyl; staple from the center outward to minimize wrinkling and tension edge-to-edge.
- Tension Management: Keep the vinyl taut across the seat surface while securing edges to prevent sagging or wrinkling.
- Edge Cutouts: Trim excess vinyl around seat hardware and fasteners with a sharp utility knife for a clean finish.
- Final Check: Inspect all staples for flush seating and reseat any that protrude; re-check seam alignment after a short test sit.
