Seat Cover Black - Honda TRX650 680 (2003-2019) Rincon ATV is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Restore your Honda Rincon's rugged cockpit with this Seat Cover in Black, designed for Honda TRX 650 and 680 models spanning 2003 through 2019. The aftermarket replacement slips over the existing seat to shield worn foam from sun, rain, and mud while delivering a grippy, durable surface for off-road work. Built to withstand trail and farm abuse, it revives the seat's appearance and comfort without the expense of reupholstery.
This replacement uses heavy-duty marine-grade vinyl, UV-protected for long life, and is double-stitched for durability in demanding use. It addresses typical wear like UV fading, cracking, and surface tearing, restoring grip and preventing foam deterioration. Designed for quick, tool-free installation that fits over the existing seat and holds its place through rough terrain, rain, and mud - making it a reliable choice for trails and farms.

Installation Notes
- Prepare the surface: Remove the old cover and inspect the foam for cracks or water damage; replace foam if needed before installing the new cover.
- Clean as you go: Wipe the seat base and foam clean; allow to dry completely to ensure a wrinkle-free fit.
- Install with confidence: Slide the cover over the seat and secure with the bottom elastic edge; no staples are required for this replacement-style cover.
- Even tension: Work from the front to rear; pull evenly to avoid folds or gaps at the seams.
- Sun/heat guidance: If wrinkles persist, briefly warm the cover with gentle heat (not direct flame) or leave in the sun to relax fibers for a smoother finish.
- Final check: Re-seat on the machine and verify that the cover remains taut during movement and does not interfere with any quick-access compartments or mounting hardware.
