This MOSFET regulator rectifier is a high-performance solution specifically designed to address the known voltage regulator failure issues on 2013–2018 Polaris RZR 900/1000 models. It meets and exceeds Polaris RZR regulator recall Z-16-01-C specifications and features an RMSTATOR MOSFET circuit that runs cooler and uses less power than OEM silicon rectifiers. The automotive-grade wiring harness uses cross-link braided copper wire that resists heat, oil, acid, and gas, with OEM-quality Delphi connectors throughout.
Please note: suitable for certain 2016–2017 models with direct main harness connection. Models prior to 2016, or some 2016 RZR 1000 units, require a conversion harness. A Stage 3 front hood relocation kit upgrade is also available separately (RMS020-103779).
