This CNC Series regulator rectifier uses advanced series voltage regulation technology that runs significantly cooler than standard shunt and MOSFET regulators, covering Polaris Ranger, RZR, and ACE models alongside the Indian Scout and FTR 1200 from 2011 to 2020. Unlike shunt regulators that dissipate excess power as heat, the series design disconnects stator coils when not needed, resulting in lower operating temperatures, more precise voltage regulation, and reduced stator workload to extend its lifespan.
Built with higher-grade electrical components, built-in overheat protection, and an improved heat sink, this unit includes an opposite connector (main harness side) to replace the commonly damaged original plug. All units are tested before dispatch. It replaces Polaris OEM reference 4012941 and is a dependable upgrade for servicing this broad range of Polaris and Indian powersports vehicles.
