The ATV250's body is moulded from tough impact-resistant polyethylene in blue, mounted on a heavy-duty galvanised steel chassis with 2 roller bearing 4-ply pneumatic wheels for reliable performance across rough ground.

The tipping mechanism is designed to require minimal effort, making it easy to shift and unload heavy or bulky loads without manual lifting. A protective steel plate on the front lip of the body guards against impact damage, and a strong hinge point supports repeated tipping use. Fitted as standard with an eyelet hitch, with a lever ball hitch available on request.
