The MK180MP4 is the new generation 180L milk kart with integrated mixer and pump, designed to make calf feeding faster, more efficient and less labour-intensive than manual mixing. The mixer blends a full 20kg bag of milk replacer in just 4 minutes, feeding up to 60 calves per mix at 3 litres per calf. The high-output pump dispenses up to 36 litres per minute and delivers up to 7,500 litres on a single charge, equivalent to 44 x 170L fills.

The HMI control screen allows mixing times to be programmed and dispensing volumes to be automated, enabling accurate and consistent feed management with minimal adjustment. Simply select the volume per calf and walk and pour. A battery monitoring system keeps power levels visible to avoid downtime, and a combined charger and mixer cable simplifies charging and storage. The recessed drain-off and filter aid easy drainage and maintenance, while the new easy-clean lid design improves hygiene. Fitted with braked 10 inch castor swivel wheels for maximum manoeuvrability and non-corrosive plastic-rimmed front wheels for use on rough terrain.
