The Gates 21R4140 REDLINE is a high-performance CVT drive belt designed for Polaris RZR XP 900, RZR XP 1000, and MRZR models produced between 2011 and 2019. Manufactured using Gates' patented EE compound, it delivers greater heat resistance and recovery, improved performance at higher torques and loads, and better crack and wear resistance compared to standard belts.
The chlorine-free EE compound reduces environmental impact while maintaining the high-performance characteristics needed for demanding off-road applications. This is the REDLINE variant of the Gates 21G4140, cross-referencing two Polaris OEM part numbers for straightforward identification.
