A direct-fit replacement 12V 55A alternator for the John Deere Pro Gator 2020, Pro Gator 2020A, Pro Gator 2030, Pro Gator 2030A, and M-Gator A3T Military, all fitted with Yanmar engines. The alternator generates AC electricity as the engine runs, which is converted to DC power to charge the battery and supply the vehicle's electrical system. A failing alternator typically presents as a flat battery that will not hold charge, dimming lights under load, or complete electrical failure even with a known good battery.

Manufactured to OEM specification with clockwise rotation, cross-referencing John Deere OEM part number LVA12467 for straightforward identification. Verify your model and year against the fitment table before ordering.
